I got these two chairs at the Salvation Army Thrift Store for $15!!!!!!!

In the process of cleaning the chair I found that the chair is signed by a Janet and that the gold velvet fabric was the original.  

Knitting loom

I got this knitting loom as a Christmas present for myself last year and just recently I decided to look for how to's videos and give it a try. The results... I'm loving it!!!!!

New sock monkeys to be donated

My son's Sunday school is having a craft fair and I'm making sock monkeys to donate. I'll make 15 total!

I got these gorgeous labels made last year but I hadn't gotten around to use them until now!

Jersey yarn creations

I have discovered this type of material called jersey yarn or t-shirt yarn that I love! It's reporpoused yarn from old t-shirts or left overs from the companies that make t-shirts, this last type is the one I'm using.
It's perfect for making rugs but also the  handbags that I love!

I have been a bit lazy lately, not with the creation of new pieces but with the publishing of the pictures, the blog... The creative part is always nonstop!

Collingswood, NJ

Just got back from the Collingswood Craft & Fine Arts Festival.
What a nice town! The show was really well organized and attracted lots of public.
